Ingredients
- 350 gm Penne pasta
- 5 no Basil
- 1 tbsp Pine Nuts roasted
- ¼ tsp Garlic chopped
- 2 Cherry Tomato
- 1 no Asparagus
- 2 no Mutton sausage
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 tsp Pepper or as per taste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Tomato julienne and Italian parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Blanched the penne pasta in salted water for 8-9 minutes or until al dente, drain, cool it down and keep it aside
- Chopped basil leaves, parmesan, pine nut, chopped garlic and Olive oil put everything in a blender make it smooth paste.
- Heat oil in pan add chopped garlic cooked until translucent then add cherry tomato, asparagus and Mutton sausages cook for while
- now add grinded paste and little water. Stir continuously Adjust the consistency
- now toss pasta in pesto sauce Seasoning with salt and pepper
- Garnish with tomato julienne and parmesan flacks
