Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup basmati rice
  • Green peas frozen or fresh 1 cup
  • Salt to taste or 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • 4 clove
  • 2 black cardamom
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chili 1 tsp
  • Fried cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Corn kennels 1/2 cup
  • Deshi ghee/clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan or in a non stick pan add cumin,and all whole spices and crackle them.
  • Now add peas,corn,paneer,salt and black pepper powder,stir 2 minutes ,add 1 glass of water,
  • After a boil turn the heat sim cover and cook it.
  • Serve hot with any type of raita or chutney ...
