Building the Broth

  • Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add 3 cups of water and bring to a gentle boil.

Adding Vegetables

  • Add carrot, french beans, and cabbage. Simmer for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
  • Add capsicum, mung bean sprouts, and paneer cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finishing

  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Turn off heat. Stir in lemon juice and chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot in deep bowls.
