Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer Small cubes
- 1/2 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup Carrot Small dice
- 1/2 cup French Beans Cut into 1 cm pieces
- 1/2 cup Cabbage Shredded
- 1/4 cup Capsicum Small dice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
Instructions
Building the Broth
- Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add 3 cups of water and bring to a gentle boil.
Adding Vegetables
- Add carrot, french beans, and cabbage. Simmer for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
- Add capsicum, mung bean sprouts, and paneer cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Finishing
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Turn off heat. Stir in lemon juice and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot in deep bowls.
