Instructions
Building the Broth
Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds.
Add 3 cups of water and bring to a gentle boil.
Adding Vegetables
Add carrot, french beans, and cabbage.
Simmer
for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
Add capsicum, mung bean sprouts, and paneer cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Finishing
Add salt and black pepper.
Turn off heat. Stir in lemon juice and chopped coriander.
Serve hot in deep bowls.
