Boneless chicken - 500 gm
Hung curd - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped corriander
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
Whisk
the hung curd with all the mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces in for few hours.
Now put them on skewers and
roast
/bake them in the tandoor or oven. I baked them at 180℃ in a preheated oven for 25 minutes .
