This is a delicious fusion preparation of rice and cheese along with burnt garlic, salsa and yellow and red bell paper. Its a Mexican style of cooking.

Ingredients
- 1 Salsa for red bell paper nos chopped
- 1 Yellow Bell Paper 1 Nos Chopped yellow bell paper nos chopped
- 2 large Tomato nos chopped
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 6 cloves Garlic nos chopped
- 2 Red Chillies nos
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 cups Rice for
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 no Onion big chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Carrot greated
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn
- 2 cubes Cheese greated
- 2 cups Water

Instructions
- Heat a pan with olive oil, then add chopped garlic to fry till light brown in color, then add one by one all the salsa ingredients above, fry till brown in color, then grind it to a fine paste.
- For Rice -Take another pan, heat oil and add onion and fry it. Then add rice, salt, sweet corn and stir it well. Cook for 2 minutes, then pour the water and add the salsa paste mix it properly and cover it, cook it under low flame.
- When rice is 80% prepared, add grated cheese and grated carrot, mix it and cover it for another 5 minutes to cook completely, then garnish with grated cheese and serve immediately.
