Ingredients
- 1 pack maggi
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cup oil for frying
- For Manchurian balls
- 1 cup grated cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 2 boiled potato
- 1/2 cup maida
- 3 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- For gravy
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup chopped Capsicum
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
- In a pan add 1.5 cup water, salt and boil the Maggi.
- Drain the excess water.
- In a wok add oil and heat it.
- Arrange the boiled Maggi in basket shape and fry it.
- Maggi baskets are ready.
- Ingredients for Manchurian balls.
- In a bowl add all ingredients and make small balls for manchurian.
- Ingredients for gravy.
- In a wok add 2tbsp oil and heat it.
- Add chopped onion and capsicum and saute it.
- Add salt and pepper mix well.
- Add all sauces and mix well.
- In a bowl add 2tbsp water and corn flour and mix well.
- Add corn flour slurry in gravy and boil it.
- Add manchurian balls and cook for 2 minutes.
- Arrange Maggi baskets on a plate.
- Fill the basket with manchurian.
- Garnish the maggi manchurian basket with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
