Pizza basket is a healthy twist to otherwise unhealthy everyone's favorite fast food. Unhealthy APF pizza base is replaced with multi grain flour dough. Also a quick finger food.

Ingredients
- Dough for
- 6 gm Flour
- 3 tbsp Multi Grain Flour
- 1 cup Bottle Guard Grated 1 Cup bottle guard grated
- 1 tsp Salt tesp, or as per taste
- 1/4 Turmeric Powder tesp
- 1 tbsp Ginger or chilli, or paste chilli paste
- 1/6 Baking Soda tesp
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Filling for
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
- 1 tbsp Corn Kernels boiled
- 1 tbsp Mushrooms chopped
- 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Salt tesp, or as per taste
- 1/2 Black Pepper Powder tesp
- 75 gms Processed Cheese
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Corn Flour tesp

Instructions
- In a bowl mix together all dough ingredients and knead into a very soft dough.
- Grease idli moulds and line them with prepared dough leaving cavity in centre.
- Steam for 5 minutes in microwave or for 20 minutes on cook top.
- Cool and remove from moulds. Baskets are ready.
- For filling heat oil in a pan and saute onions.
- Add chopped capsicum, corn kernels, mushrooms. Saute well.
- Add salt, black pepper, pizza sauce and ketchup. Mix well.
- Add grated cheese and mix.
- Add cornflour dissolved in milk and cook till thickens.
- Fill baskets with prepared filling and bake for about 4 minutes.
- Top with grated processed cheese and serve.
