  • 2 Batter or vada medhu vada laddles
  • no Water
  • Jagerry half coin size
  • 4 slice Pear thin
  • to Oil sufficient fry


  • Pour Sufficient oil in Kadai and keep it on high on the stove.
  • Now add slices of pears.
  • Once the oil is sufficient hot, Dip the pears in the batter and add to the oil and deep fry the Pears Vadas. Finally they are cold, Add some chocolate sauce and serve.

Recipe Notes

1. Rabbdi can be added
2. Silver foil can be put on vada
3. Hot chocolate sauce or white chocolate can also be added.
