Ingredients
  

  • Wheat flour 2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • 8 to 10 cauliflower stem
  • Salt to taste+1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil or ghee for frying ...

Instructions
 

  • Knead the soft dough with flour,1 tsp salt,milk and water.keep aside cover with muslin cloth.
  • Wash and remove the hard part of stem and grate the stem .add 1/2 tsp salt ,keep aside .
  • Now squeeze the excess water .
  • Heat 1 tsp oil and pop the cumin,add stem,salt,red chili powder,green chili paste,chat masala and cumin powder,
  • Roast it till evaporates the water .cool the mixture.
  • Divide the dough into small balls,stuff each with the mixture and make the paratha.
  • Heat the griddle and shallow fry the paratha both sides.
  • Serve hot with chutney or curd
