Wheat flour 2 cup
Milk 1 cup

cauliflower stem
Salt to taste+1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chat masala powder 1 tsp
Oil or ghee for frying ...
Instructions
Knead the soft dough with flour,1 tsp salt,milk and water.keep aside cover with muslin cloth.
Wash and remove the hard part of stem and grate the stem .add 1/2 tsp salt ,keep aside .
Now squeeze the excess water .
Heat 1 tsp oil and pop the cumin,add stem,salt,red chili powder,green chili paste,chat masala and cumin powder,
Roast
it till evaporates the water .cool the mixture.
Divide the dough into small balls,stuff each with the mixture and make the paratha.
Heat the griddle and shallow fry the paratha both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or curd
