Bundt Cake

Bundt cakes are usually baked in a bundt pan.They come in different shapes and sizes. This is my favrourite Nordicware pan.

Ingredients
- Butter 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Vanilla extract 1 tbs
- Eggs 3
- Flour 2.5cups
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Butter milk 2 cups
- Chocolate 150 grms melted

Instructions
- Take the butter and the sugar and start whisking it till pale and fluffy
- Add 1 egg at a time and whisk. Add eggs in intervals
- Serve the flour and add baking powder to it
- Add the flour and buttermilk, alternatively till all the flour and buttermilk is used up. Dive the batter into 2 parts
- Melt the chocolate (use microwave for 30 sec or use double boiler method)
- Add the melted chocolate to 1 part of the batter. Fold and whisk, do not whisk at this stage
- Grease a burnt pan with butter and add the white part of our batter
- Add the chocolate batter over it
- Even out the batter
- Preheat the oven at 180 D c and bake the Bundt cake for 55 to 60 mins or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Notes
Keep all the ingredients at room temperature.
Do not open the oven again and again
Always use fold and mix method when mixing any liquids at the last stage.
Buttermilk=Milk + vinegar not chaas plz
