Bitter gourd is good for health very good for diabetic patients.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 pieces of bitter gourd
  • 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
  • 1/2 cup mango powder
  • 2 tsp anchari masala
  • 4 tsp roasted channa powder
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Bitter gourd should be par boiled with salt. Take out the seeds.
  2. Add 2 tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add mashed potatoes and red chilli powder, salt, mango powder, and armchair masala. Stir well.
  3. Bitter gourd should be filled with the filling. And cover with dry roasted Channa powder
  4. Dipped fried. Now ready to serve.
