This is a healthy treat for kids during summers who always wait for one scoop of unhealthy ice-cream which is brought from the market. Adding curd to your diet is a must to keep your gut happy but why compromise with the same old sour and plain flavor. Grind the blueberries to make a smooth paste using a mixer.
Prepare fresh homemade hung curd or use Greek yogurt bought from the store.
Making hung curd at home is pretty simple, as you have to put the curd in a cheese cloth or muslin cloth and leave it for few hours.
Doing so, would drain all the excess water and you would get thick and creamy hung curd.
Take a medium size mixing bowl add in hung curd, blueberries paste, vanilla extract and honey.
Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth thick batter. Pour into a container and keep in deep freeze at least four hours.
Scoop out and garnish with blueberries. Enjoy the guilt free frozen yogurt.
