This is the best accompaniment with tea. It is usually prepared with Besan batter, but instead of that I have changed this recipe to create a fusion of gram flour, corn flour, rice flour mixed with spices along with cheese and paneer to make it crispy and spicy.

Ingredients
- Paneer 1 cup
- Cheese cube 2 nos
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Kasori methi leaves 1 tbsp
- Paprika powder 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1/4 cup
- Rice powder 1cup
- gm flour 1/4 cup
- Salt
- Oil for frying
- Milk 1cup
- Puffed rice 1/2 cup
- Green chilli 1 no

Instructions
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients one by one then grind it well to make smooth paste ,
- The texture of the paste will be as shown below
- Then pour the batter into a muduku maker or in a star nozzle piping bag. Squeeze the batter out and deep fry the same till golden brown. Your paneer kurkure is ready to serve.
