Ingredients
 

  • piece Potatoes skin two
  • cup Soya chung soaked one
  • cup Cabbage or carrot finely chopped carrot and one
  • Black Pepper or salt and salt as required
  • Chilli Flakes or herbs mix herbs and as required
  • Mozzarella Cheese or butter butter and as required

Instructions
 

  • Skin potatoes brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree for 25 minutes
  • After baking cut potatoes vertically and scoop half of the flesh. Then marinated with lime juice and salt for a few seconds
  • Other side add oil soya Chung cabbage carrot salt and black pepper stir fry. Then add mixed herbs chilli flakes cook for five minutes
  • Now brush with butter both sides of potatoes and stuffed with mixed veggies covered with mozzarella cheese
  • Bake for another five minutes take out and sprinkle with oregano. Now ready to serve hot skin potatoes
