Ingredients
- SKIN POTATOES two pieces
- Soya Chung soaked one cup
- Finely chopped carrot and cabbage one cup
- Black pepper and salt as required
- Mix herbs and chilli flakes as required
- Butter and mozzarella cheese as required

Instructions
- Skin potatoes brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree for 25 minutes
- After baking cut potatoes vertically and scoop half of the flesh. Then marinated with lime juice and salt for a few seconds
- Other side add oil soya Chung cabbage carrot salt and black pepper stir fry. Then add mixed herbs chilli flakes cook for five minutes
- Now brush with butter both sides of potatoes and stuffed with mixed veggies covered with mozzarella cheese
- Bake for another five minutes take out and sprinkle with oregano. Now ready to serve hot skin potatoes
