Ingredients
- 1 cup Makhana/ Fox nut
- 1/2 kg Curd
- Plane salt according to your taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Mint powder optional
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- Pinch of heeng
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped green chili
- Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 tbsp Desi ghee

Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a pan the roast the makhans till light golden ,dish out them. crush some makhana keep aside. Now whip the curd add 1/1/2 cup water mix well.
- Add all spices in curd ,put the makhana mix again . Chill the raita Before serving garnish with coriander leaves roasted cumin powder and red chili powder .
