Instead of using bread slices for sandwich use apple or pineapple as base abd combine it with layer of oats, cornflakes & peanut butter and here comes the yummy fruity sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • Oats Cornflakes,Raisins and museli mix - 1 cup
  • Green Apple 1
  • Red apple 1
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Peanut butter 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Combine the oats, museli, cornflakes mix with cinnamon in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast, stirring occasionally,.

  • Toast until the oats are light golden brown. Cool before using.

  • slice the apple into 6 round, and then cut out the centers (core) with a small cookie cutter or knife. Spread peanut butter on half of the apple slices

  • sprinkle with museli mix.

  • Top with the remaining apple slices to form sandwiches.

Notes

If you are not eating the apples right away, you can brush it with lemon juice to prevent browning.
