Ingredients
- 2 cup Coconut dry cocout desicnated
- 1 cup Peanuts
- cup Milk condensed, half
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder elaichi
- 2 tsp Ghee ghee
- Coconut or coating some dry for coating
- 4.5 sticks Saute Sticks saute
Instructions
- First in a pan dry roast peanuts for about 4-5 minutes until nice aroma coming out. let them cool and keep them aside.
- Now in a blender grind roasted peanuts and make fine powder .
- Now in a nonstick pan , add dry coconut powder , roasted penut powder and 1 tsp clarified butter . Then add cardamom powder and mix all ingredients well .After 2 minutes add condensed milk .Cook this until mixture leaves the sides of pan.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool.
- Grease your palm with carified butter , take some mixture on palm and roll it like pops . Then coated with dry coconut powder . Repeat this process with remaing mix.
- Now take saute sticks or pop sticks and insert pops in it. Garnish these pops as per your choice .

- For extra crunch and texture, consider folding in some finely chopped roasted almonds or cashews along with the peanuts before shaping the pops.
- If you want to make these pops vegan, substitute condensed milk with a thick coconut cream and use vegan butter or coconut oil in place of clarified butter.
- To make the pops more visually appealing for parties, roll the finished pops in a mixture of colored desiccated coconut or drizzle them with a bit of melted dark chocolate before chilling.
- Store the pops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days; if making ahead for an event, insert the sticks after chilling to prevent them from becoming loose or soggy.
