Ingredients
- 200 gm Fish mince
- 4 tsp Bell Pepper tri color chopped
- 1 no egg whites
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 tsp Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1 no Plum 1 No plum
- 1 no Kiwi
- 1 sprig Rose Merry 1 Sprig rose merry
- 2 no Green Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Take fish minces in a bowl.
- Add chopped bell peppers, egg white, salt, pepper, chopped thyme
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Rest it for ยฝ hour.
- Now add bread crumbs and mix well.
- Make round balls and fry them
- For Sauce- Take a pan add chopped plum and kiwi and caramelized them.
- Add chopped green chili, salt, pepper, chopped green chili and sugar stir it properly. Now take this in grinder jar and make a thick sauce.
- Serve Hot and crispy fish ball with Plum & kiwi sauce.
