This is the best accompaniment with tea. It is usually prepared with Besan batter, but instead of that I have changed this recipe to create a fusion of gram flour, corn flour, rice flour mixed with spices along with cheese and paneer to make it crispy and spicy.

Ingredients
  

  • Paneer 1 cup
  • Cheese cube 2 nos
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Kasori methi leaves 1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • Rice powder 1cup
  • gm flour 1/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Milk 1cup
  • Puffed rice 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 1 no

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients one by one then grind it well to make smooth paste ,

  • The texture of the paste will be as shown below

  • Then pour the batter into a muduku maker or in a star nozzle piping bag. Squeeze the batter out and deep fry the same till golden brown. Your paneer kurkure is ready to serve.
