Beetroot has carbohydrates against their overall nutritional value. Even colour has health properties may help to protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Here I dipped the boiled egg into the beet juice which will attract the kids.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 1 bowl Beetroot Juice
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions
- Boil the eggs with adding 1 tsp vinegar. So there will be no risk to crack the shell.
- Boil the beetroot and strain the water and keep aside.
- After boiling the eggs peel off the skin. Then dip in beetroot juice for 24 hours. Now you can see after dipped shell absorb the colour but yolk is as same as before.
- Take a mixing bowl, separate the yolk from the shell. Mix the yolk with mayonnaise and mustard sauce.
- Mix all together, add melted butter and seasoning.
- Fill the shells with mixed yolk.
- Garnish with beetroot slices and coriander leaves.

Definitely kids will attract with the colourful egg.
