Potato Cauliflower curry is a soul satisfying and comfort food of all ages. All time favourite and one of my fav vegetarian Dish. It Is easy and quick to prepare and taste delicious. It is a perfect vegetarian main course dish and goes well with roti, rice, chapathi etc.

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower florets and leaves
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 onion sliced
- 1 green chilly slit
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 to mato chopped
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilly powder
- ½ tsp kitchen king masala
- 3 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- Water as required
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Salt

Instructions
- In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds and saute for a min.
- Add onion, green chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute till onion turns soft.
- Add tomato and saute till it turns soft and mushy. Add turmeric powder, kashmiri Red Chilly powder and kitchen king masala and saute for a min.
- Add potatoes, salt to taste and cook on medium flame for around 10 mins.
- Add cauliflower florets and tender leaves, stir and mix well.
- On medium heat cook for about 5 mins. Add water as required, cover the pan and cook till the potatoes and cauliflower is well cooked.
- Adjust the gravy consistency as required and add chopped coriander leaves, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
