Ingredients
 

  • 150 gm moong whole green
  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves
  • 4 to 5 Green Chillies
  • inches ginger
  • 1 tbsp cumin roasted
  • Salt to taste
  • Desi Ghee as required

Instructions
 

  • Soak whole moong for 6 to 7 hours then make a paste along with ginger, green chillies, garlic, roasted cumin and salt.

  • Make rough paste then beat with fingers and make a thick batter.
  • Keep iron tawa on stove and let heat. Apply ghee on the iron tawa then spread the thick batter. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

  • Flip other side again cook for 2 minutes. Put off the flame cut in small pieces.

  • Serve with curd chutney made by curd, green chilies, coriander leaves and black salt.
