Millet chilla with saag
In winters we are getting variety of saag and this is the time to build our health. I added different types of saag and mixed with chickpea flour (besan).
This is a good recipe for add or tiffin box.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpea flour besan
  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp jowar flour
  • 1 tbsp bajra flour
  • 1 tbsp sattu flour
  • 1 tbsp makka flour
  • ½ cup saag cook mixed
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the saag and cook with little oil, chopped garlic, green chilies, whole red chilli, turmeric powder and salt. Then keep aside.

  • Make a batter with mixed millet, besan and mixed cooked saag. Brush the griddle with little oil or ghee. Pour the batter and spread. Flip other side both sides should be cooked then serve.
