This recipe is more tasty and extra crunchy. Sometimes we can change our taste that's why I added roasted and grounded peanuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup peanut
  • 1 teaspoon sambar masala
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Moringa masala
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Roast the peanuts then grind. Make a batter with rice flour, semolina, grounded peanuts and sambar masala.

  • Shallow fry then sprinkle chilli powder, peanuts and Moringa masala. Both sides should be crispy then serve with sambar and chutney.
