Popsicle With Saffron

Saffron is a powerful antioxidant, improves mood and treat depressive symptoms. It is a most expensive spice in the world because of harvesting method. Saffron is harvested by hand from the Crocus Sativus flower. The flower's thread like structure or stigma. It originated in Greece, it has medicinal properties. I made these popsicles with just 2 ingredients that is coconut water and saffron.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass Coconut Water
  • a Saffron Threads

Instructions
 

  • Break the coconut, strain the water in a glass. Put a few saffron threads, keep in fridge overnight.
  • Next morning bring out the glass and stir the saffron colour will come out. Pour into popsicle mould and keep in freezing point for 6 to 8 hours.
