Roasted fish is better than dip fry. It can serve as snacks or starter.

  • 250 gms fish
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tsp mustered oil
  • Salt


  • Wash fish 7-8 times final wash with turmeric powder and salt.
  • Marinate fish with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and mustered oil. Keep for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Then roast marinated fish for 10 minutes. Heat should be both sides.
  • Serve crispy fish with salad.
