Roasted fish is better than dip fry. It can serve as snacks or starter.

- 250 gms fish
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon onion paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 4 teaspoon mustered oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash fish 7-8 times final wash with turmeric powder and salt.
- Marinate fish with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and mustered oil. Keep for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Then roast marinated fish for 10 minutes. Heat should be both sides.
- Serve crispy fish with salad.
