Mini Samosa

Delicious mini samosas are favourite street food throughout India.I twisted mini samosas by adding green chutney in potato stuffing for more yum tasty.

  • Potatoes 4
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • Green chilli 4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic 4-5
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil as required
  • All purpose flour 11/2 cup


  • Prepare a dough of all purpose flour
  • Wash peel potatoes and cut into small cubes
  • Heat a pan . crackle cumin seeds.add cubed potatoes .cook it for some time.
  • Prepare green chutney of green chilli ,coriander leaves,ginger and garlic
  • Add all spices and salt in the potatoes.
  • Then add green chutney too for an awesome taste
  • This is the stuffing of samosas.prepare small pooris of all purpose flour.
  • Fill the stuffing in the pooris and give it shape of samosa. seal it nicely.(I have used a plastic mould)
  • Fry in oil till golden brown on both sides
