This dish is previously prepared by my Husband but now a days it transferred to me… One day i took this for my lunch box and share with my colligues in office...one friend could not stop praising it...but on that day it is prepared by Husband

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size raw mango
  • 1 teaspoon oil 1 red chili whole
  • 1 teaspoon pancha-phoran
  • 8 curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the raw mango n cut into big cubes.
  • Now heat oil, add pancha-phoran n whole red chili.
  • When mustard seeds in pancha-phoran start crackle, add curry leaves n raw mango cubes.
  • Add red chili powder n turmeric powder,mix well.Add little water n cover the lid for 5 min.
  • Remove the lid,mash the parboiled mango cubes , now add sugar.

  • Finally add salt n mix well.
  • Its ready to serve.
