Ingredients
- 1 medium size raw mango
- 1 teaspoon oil 1 red chili whole
- 1 teaspoon pancha-phoran
- 8 curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Salt

Instructions
- Peel the raw mango n cut into big cubes.
- Now heat oil, add pancha-phoran n whole red chili.
- When mustard seeds in pancha-phoran start crackle, add curry leaves n raw mango cubes.
- Add red chili powder n turmeric powder,mix well.Add little water n cover the lid for 5 min.
- Remove the lid,mash the parboiled mango cubes , now add sugar.
- Finally add salt n mix well.
- Its ready to serve.
- You can store it upto 2-3 days in freeze.
