Grilled Honey Mustard chicken is few ingredient recipe to sort out the weeknight dinner.

  • 250 gm Chicken breast boneless
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 50 gm Honey
  • 30 gm Mustard paste
  • 3 gm Salt
  • 3 gm White pepper powder


  • In a bowl mix honey, mustard, salt and pepper powder.
  • Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts and marinate it for 2hrs.
  • Pre Heat grill on high, with the lid down, for 10mins.This is an important step that many people miss.
  • Preheating gets the grates hot enough to sear the meat and allow it to release from the grill grates when it is ready.
  • Once preheated, turn down the burners to medium high.
  • Place the chicken breast on griller and grill on one side for about 7mins or until the meat naturally, releases from the grill.
  • Can slice it and serve it as the main meal or can use it for salad.
