Ingredients
- Mutton- 1/2kg
- Yoghurt- 1/2cup
- Ginger paste- 1tbsp
- Garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Tomatoes- 2
- Salt
- Haldi- 1/2tsp
- Red chili powder- 1tsp
- Coriander leaves- 2tbsp
- Green cardamom- 2
- Nutmeg- 1/4tsp
- Mace- 1/4tsp
- Oil- 4 to 5tbsp
- Cream- 3tbsp
- Onion- 4medium
- Coriander powder- 1/2tsp
- Cumin powder- 1/2tsp

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add mutton, curd, ginger and garlic paste, haldi, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix everything properly and keep aside
- Clean and chop onions and tomatoes
- In a pressure cooker heat oil, then add chopped onion and saute up to golden brown
- In the meantime grind green cardamom, mace and nutmeg together
- When onion is brown add marinated mutton to it and saute it properly
- When mutton is totally dry 1cup of hot water and chopped tomatoes and close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 whistles
- Let the pressure die naturally
- When pressure released open the cooker and keep it on the gas again
- Now add grinded masala and coriander leaves and cook for 5mins on simmer
- Serve hot with roti, paratha or rice
