  • Soak whole masoor for 5 to 6 hours then boil with kaleji and whole garam masala.

  • Take a pan add mustard oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, onion paste, tomato paste, raw turmeric paste. Stir fry all ingredients then pour boiled masoor and kaleji.

  • Now add little water then again cook for another 5 minutes. Add homemade garam masala and homemade ghee. It can be served with chapati/ Naan/ rumaali or as you wish.
