Ingredients
  

  • Sabudana 1 cup washed and soaked overnight
  • 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 3-4 chopped green chillies
  • 5-6 tablespoon peanuted powder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till well incorporated.
  • Shape them into balls that fit the sockets of your appe pan.
  • Heat the appe pan. Drizzle few drops of oil in each socket.
  • Place the vadas. Cover with a lid.
  • Keep the flame low. Cook for about 10 minutes and flip each vada.
  • Cover and cook again on the other side for 10 minutes. 
  • Drizzle some more oil if needed.
