Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Puffed rice
  • 2 Tbsp peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp Makhane
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tsp
  • a pinch of heeng /asafoetida
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10 to 12
  • 4 Green chili
  • 2 tbsp sliced coconut
  • oil 4 tbsp for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1/1/2 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan fry the peanut first,then fry the makhana
  • Now roast the puffed rice and coconut.
  • Now add remaining ghee and saute the curry leaves,green chili add turmeric and fried ingredients mix well,add black pepper,black salt,and plane salt.switch the flame .
  • Cool and keep in a air tight container .
