  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 2 tbsp White goosefoot bathua leaves, washed, boiled and pureed
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste optional
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder roasted, +for garnishing
  • 1 tsp Red chili +for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Green chili chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander chopped, for garnishing

  • Stir the yogurt with hand mixer add bathua paste, red chili powder, garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, green chili, black salt.
