- 2 tbsp White goosefoot bathua leaves, washed, boiled and pureed
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste optional
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Cumin powder roasted, +for garnishing
- 1 tsp Red chili +for garnishing
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Green chili chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander chopped, for garnishing

- Stir the yogurt with hand mixer add bathua paste, red chili powder, garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, green chili, black salt.
