  • 100 gm Refined flour
  • 4 tsp Barley flour
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg


  • First we have to soak barley for an hour then cook for five minutes.
  • Now make a batter with flour, sugar, butter, barley. baking powder, cinnamon powder half tsp pinch of nutmeg powder and vanilla essence
  • Then brush a baking container with butter and pour batter and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for twenty minutes.
  • Then garnish with fresh cream and enjoy the cake.
