Mutton fried in a spicy gravy

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton- 500gms
  • Onion- 3 finely diced onions
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 4-5 tablespoons
  • Yogurt 6-7 tablespoons
  • Cardammon-2-3 small cardamoms
  • Clove-2-3pieces
  • Bayleaf- 2 leaves
  • Cumin Powder- 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander Powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala Powder- 2 tablespoon
  • Kasuri Methi Powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri Red chilli Powder- 3 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tablespoon
  • Green Chilli- 2 finely sliced
  • Salt
  • Sugar- 1tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander
  • Ghee/Refined Oil -6-7 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tablespoon ghee/ oil in a pan.Put half tablespoon sugar for color. Put the finely sliced onions and fry until light brown.
  • Now grind this fried onions to a fine paste
  • Put 4-5 tablespoon ghee in pan, put the fried onion paste , yoghurt, and all the other spices one by one
  • Cook this spice gravy until oil releases from side
  • Add the partially boiled mutton pieces
  • Put salt as per taste
  • Use chopped coriander leaves to garnish
