Aachar season in on air... What to do of last year's left over aachar?? Choondo( grated mango sweet aachar) is favourite among Gujaratis. Here i present yummy, tangy & spicy chutney from it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chundoo
  • 1 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp gud optional
  • 15 cloves garlic
  • 10 green chillies
  • 1 " ginger
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix & grind all ingredients in chutney mixer.
  • Make smooth chutney.
  • Store inn refrigerator.
  • Consume when needed, with meals or snacks.

Notes

  • Can add mint leaves also.
