What to do of last year's left over aachar??
Choondo( grated mango sweet aachar) is favourite among Gujaratis. Here i present yummy, tangy & spicy chutney from it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chundoo
- 1 cup finely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp gud optional
- 15 cloves garlic
- 10 green chillies
- 1 " ginger
- Salt

Instructions
- Mix & grind all ingredients in chutney mixer.
- Make smooth chutney.
- Store inn refrigerator.
- Consume when needed, with meals or snacks.
Notes
- Can add mint leaves also.
