Ingredients
- For Dough
- 2 cup maida
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tsp+4 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp yeast
- Salt
- Water to make soft dough
- Dry flour for dusting n rolling the dough
- Oil for greasing
- For Stuffing
- 1 cup of chopped carrot cabbage n capsicum
- 1 teaspoon oil+1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon mixed herb
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 cheese cubes grated
- Aluminium foil
- Oil to grease foil
- For Garnishing
- Mixed herb

Instructions
- Take milk, sugar,pinch if salt n 1 tsp oil with yeast for 10 min.
- It double in size, add this to maida,salt n rest oil.
- Mix well n add water,knead to a soft dough.
- Preheat oven for 10 min at 250 degree.
- Grease dough with oil n Dust dry flour on the dough.
- Cover this with damp cloth n keep inside the oven for proofing for 4 hrs.
- It double in size after proofing.
- For Stuffing part, heat oil n butter.
- When butter start melting add chopped veggies n saute for a min.
- Add all rest ingredients to this except cheese.
- Cool down the stuff.
- Now remove the dough after proofing n make dumplings out of this.
- Dust with dry flour n roll it. Place the stuffing at one end.
- Grate half of cheese on stuffing n roll it ,then cut into 1 inch thickness roundel.
- Now attach aluminium foil baking tray n grease it with oil.
- Place these roundels on the tray n keep inside oven for 1 hour again for proofing.
- It again double in size.
- Now remove tray n again preheat oven for 10 min at 200 degree.
- Bake the roundels for 7 min, then grate rest cheese on the roundels n bake for 5 min.
- Sprinkle mixed herb on it n serve this cheesy munch...
Notes
- When you knead dough just spread oil all over the dough n dust dry flour on it….then cover with a damp cloth
- So when dough rises cloth won’t stick…n can be easily removed
