- 1 Cucumber large, cut into thin sheets
- 1 Spring onion green portion cut into vertical strips
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- Cream Cheese salted, as required
- 1 Carrot large, cut into vertical strips
- 1 Zucchini cut into vertical strips
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper as per taste

Instructions
- Take the cucumber thin sheets.
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the cucumber sheet. Place carrot strips, spring onions strips, zucchini strips on one side.
- Now roll the cucumber sheet in such a way cheese and veggies are in tact. Use a tooth pic to keep it intact.
- Sprinkle dried thyme and pepper powder over the roll ups.
- While presenting, arrange the remaining vegetable strips as a bed on the serving plate. Spread cream cheese on the veggies.
- Now place these roll ups on the cream cheese bed. Children would love to view and relish these cucumber cheesy roll ups.
