Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cucumber large, cut into thin sheets
  • 1 Spring onion green portion cut into vertical strips
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • Cream Cheese salted, as required
  • 1 Carrot large, cut into vertical strips
  • 1 Zucchini cut into vertical strips
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take the cucumber thin sheets.
  • Spread cream cheese on one side of the cucumber sheet. Place carrot strips, spring onions strips, zucchini strips on one side.
  • Now roll the cucumber sheet in such a way cheese and veggies are in tact. Use a tooth pic to keep it intact.
  • Sprinkle dried thyme and pepper powder over the roll ups.

  • While presenting, arrange the remaining vegetable strips as a bed on the serving plate. Spread cream cheese on the veggies.
