Everyone loves manchurian...specially in our home all loves to hv dry manchurian...search inside vegetable box n find some babycorns so thought to prepare babycorn manchurian...just last time added gobi...
There is a sweet reason behind this...once i prepared stuffed mushroom manchurian...but Sarthika does not like mushroom...so on that day only she said mumma why u r not making gobi manchurian as in restaurants its prepared...
So when i thought to prepare this babycorn...again she will not complain further quickly I added some gobi florets to this...bachgayi mai toh

Ingredients
- For Fried Vegetables
- 4 small babycorn thick sliced
- 1/2 cup small gobi florets
- 2/3 cup maida
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp riceflour
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- a pinch of red food colour
- Salt
- water to make batter
- Oil to deep fry
- For Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tbsp saoya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt

Instructions
- First for fried vegetables part..mix the flours with spices.
- Now add lil water so that it mixed well..then add water to get a medium thick consistency of batter.
- Meanwhile heat oil to deep fry...
- Now add veggies to the batter and deep fry these in medium flame till it golden brown colour n crispy.
- After veggies a re done,in the same frying pan heat oil n ad chopped green chili,ginger n garlic.
- Saute it till the raw smell of garlic gone.
- Now add chopped onion to this n saute this again for 2 to 3 min.
- Remember in this process the flame should be high
- Now add the sauces n spices to this n mix well.
- Put fried veggies to this n mix it...add the water and saute for 2 min...its done
- Remove to a serving bowl n garnish with some sesame seeds..serve as a starter

Notes
- Always for manchurian cut veggies into small size…so that it will remain crispy for some more time.
- Adding of little rice flour results to crispyness.
- The flame should be high during the making of manchurian.
