Quick simple n healthy babycorn soup in which i used vegetables stock, babycorn and spices. Must try this awesome recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos baby corn
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger garlic
  • Salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in wok add baby corn in heated oil n shallow fry for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Transfer it to a plate.
  • In same wok, add ginger garlic n saute fir 30seconds till it turn into pink color.
  • Add spring onion and saute for minute on low flame.
  • Add vegetable stock, salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Bring it to boil.
  • Add fried baby corn and cook for minute.
  • Babu corn soup is ready to serve. Serve this hot.
