Ingredients
- soya powder or soya granules
- boiled mashed potatoes
- salt and pepper
- garam masala powder
- chilly flakes
- dired oregano
- coriander leaves chopped
- bread slices
- milk
- green peas boiled and crushed
- green chillies

Instructions
- soak soya granules in water till soft for 10 mins. drain all the water and add the granules to a bowl. add boiled mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, oregano,chilly flakes,coriander,peas,garam masla. and mix well.
- soak bread in milk till it absorbs the milk, squeese the bread and crumble it in the potato mixture, mix well.
- shape the mixture into round patties and roast on a nonstick grill pan.
- assemble the burger. add low fat mayo. place the patty. top with onion rings. add a slice of cheese(optional). spread sweet chilli sauce on the other slice, you can grill the buns also if you wish. serve hot.
