This recipe uses Andhra Murgh Pakote marketed by Licious. This delicious range of meats is Licious's new range of readily available marinates meats and seafood. The Andhra Murgh Pakote is a spicy Andhra-style chicken wings with a citrusy and smoky finish. Once you take a bite, the earthy flavours of curry leaves will have you asking for more. These chicken wings have been marinated with curry leaf, green chilli, black pepper, vinegar, and fresh coriander. I have kept it simple to bring out the wonderful flavors of the marinated meat. I have simply grilled it on a grill pan and served it up with a spiced hung yogurt dip. Enjoy!
