Ingredients
- Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 1/3 Cup Chia seeds
- 1 Cup Soya Milk
- 1/8 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 Cup Raisin
- 3-4 Date Finely Chopped
- 3-4 Dry Figs Finely Chopped
- 4 Walnuts Finely Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
- 2 tablespoon Date Syrup
- Coconut Milk & Chia Pudding
- 1/2 Cup Chia seeds
- 1.5 Cups Coconut milk
- Garnishing
- 15 Pistachio Finely Chopped

Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients for the Chocolate Chia pudding in a bowl, add soya milk and stir. Cover with a lid and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours
- Similarly mix chia seeds and coconut milk and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Chia seeds absorbs the liquid and you will get a thick pudding.
- Layer it in dessert cups / bowls and garnish with pistachio. Refrigerate again. Serve cold.
