Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated lauki
- 1/2 cup grated cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 boiled potato mashed
- 3-5 tablespoon roasted gram flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic chilli paste
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients very gently. Make small balls. Deep fry till golden brown. As Lauki and cabbage a lot of water, one needs to work fast or the batter if left for long, becomes runny. Add little bit of Besan if need be to adjust consistency.
- Serve hot with any dip / chutney / sauce.
