  • 1/2 cup Lauki grated
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage grated
  • 1/2 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 Potato mashed boiled
  • 3-5 tbsp Flour roasted
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic or chilli, or paste chilli paste
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes


  • Mix all the ingredients very gently. Make small balls. Deep fry till golden brown. As Lauki and cabbage a lot of water, one needs to work fast or the batter if left for long, becomes runny. Add little bit of Besan if need be to adjust consistency.
  • Serve hot with any dip / chutney / sauce.
