Savoury Egg & Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Butter I have used flavoured butter
- 4 egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Onion Big, Finely chopped
- 1 Tomato Big, Finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Pepper Freshly ground
- 5 - 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 6 Slices Bread
Instructions
- Break eggs and transfer it to a bowl along with 2 tbsp of milk and chia seeds.
- Beat well using fork and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the edges of the breads and chop into pieces. Keep aside.
- Add finely chopped onions followed by tomato and salt to the chia seeds soaked beaten eggs.
- Grease the ceramic or glass pan with the flavoured butter and arrange the chopped bread pieces.
- Now pour the egg mixture on top of the arranged bread pieces.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of it.
- Microwave it for 2 mins or till the eggs get cooked.
- Once done, remove from the microwave and serve hot.
