Fondant potatoes is a version popular in England and France ,butter is melted in a pan . The cut potatoes are placed in the butter with one flat side down until the side is thoroughly browned and crisp. Fondant potatoes simultaneously taste of pure potato and of more than potato ,they get juicy inside. As my family is very fond of potatoes ,so i tried my hands on this beautiful recipe! Its really a good combo with A hot cuppa of Tea or Coffee ,as it is perfect rainy snack.
